Kamenárstvo Klieštik s.r.o. belongs to the tradictional
manufacturers of the stone in the area of Slovakia after 1989. The company
officially entered the business in 1992 as a small stonemasonry workshop of the
family type. An experience of a few generations of stonemasors and a dynamical
access to the inovations changed a small family company into the one of the
biggest manufacturers of the stone in Slovakia very soon.


The essential period in the development of our company
was its specialisation on the wholesale production of stone. During this phase
the company invested in the technology. The aim of the expansion of the
machinery was the precision, speed and the demandingness of the processing.


The other landmark in the development of the company is
the demand after the interior architecture.The assortment of the Kamenárstvo
Klieštik expanded by worktops for kitchen units, facings of the fire-places,
bathroom worktops, stairways, parapets, pavages, etc.


In 2007 the company as the first in Slovakia bought CNC
machine for the stone processing.


At the beginning of 2008 Kamenárstvo Klieštik became exclusive
manufacturer and supplier of the artificial stone Zodiaq® from the DuPont™ for
the czecho-slovak market.
