Blanco Macael is a methamorfic rock composed mainly by calcite. It is extracted in the
southeast of Spain. Is medium grain shape (like sugar grains) and very compact
and translucent
The Blanco Macael
can be ranged as per the homogeneity of tone of colour. There is a First Range very scarce, a good
Standard Range and as stock, grades Low Standard and Clasico.
White Macael has white background or grey background with grey veins. Big works should combine both colors.
Quarries of this material are not in the best moments. Only small and irregular
blocks are extracted, so it is difficult to provide slabs or big formats.
Stairs, if not big quantity can be available. The main size is 60x30x2 cm, and
in rough or polished finish
